Excellent experience w/Brenda

I recently sold a condo in Middleburg (I'm based in LA) without going through a broker and hired Brenda to help me handle the sale. Brenda was amazing, and I can't recommend her enough. She's extremely thorough, professional, and organized and whenever I had a question she got back to me within a few... hours. Based on my limited experience with other lawyers that's definitely not the norm. Brenda went above and beyond for me and made the whole process extremely easy and stressfree. She was even nice enough to handle the taxes and remaining condo association fees for me. Brenda's very honest and her rate is extremely reasonable given how much work she does. I also appreciated the fact that she quoted me a flat fee and never charged me over her initial quote.

I didn't really want to hire brenda but the people qho was buying my mothers house recommended her,yes my case was difficult but she was rude on the phone with when i tried to find out about my case never told me anything about my case i had to find out anything thru thw company bought it and aftwr a... year of bullshit i recieved nothing from my mothers house so i would not recommend her to my worst enemy

I am sorry you were not pleased with my representation. In almost 20 years no other client has ever had an issue with my representation until now so I am compelled to address your comments. This case started as a probate matter and your relatives failure to consent made a partition action necessary in circuit court. This matter was in probate court before you determined that you wanted to proceed with a partition action. You were always aware of what was happening (I have emails and call logs) and you understood that their failure to cooperate was the reason for delays and additional costs. It seems that you are unsatisfied with not having received any proceeds. This was explained (back taxes to pay to avoid a tax deed, etc. all of which is public record). I completed the task that I was hired to complete (it would be inappropriate to discuss your payment of any legal fees in this forum - which is why the title company referred you to me - so I will let you discuss what fees you paid me to handle this matter, if you are inclined to do so) and this property is now being rehabilitated and put back to it's highest and best use, which is what you stated that you wanted. I would suggest that any issues you have should be addressed to your relatives who caused the matter to end up in litigation.
