Do not risk accumulating out-of-status time. If you need to leave because a decision has not yet been made in your case then I suggest you do so.

It depends on the type of visa you have. If the visa will remain current and allows multiple entrys you will be fine to travel to the Bahamas....

It depends on why you were found inadmissible. Read the instructions carefully on each form - it is pretty straigh forward.
