I agree with my colleagues who distinguash between bond in the criminal court and bond in the immigration court. There is a very big difference....

Travel may result in a "voluntary deportation" and you will not be allowed back into the USA. I suggest you get an attorney experienced in removal...

Once the government reviews and accepts an application they will not return the fee even if the result is a denial.
