I have no idea who put that review above, but I can understand that because she already had an attorney that did all the hard work and her 2nd attorney found it ready. She is not knowledgeable at all, lazy, she will come late whether for an appointment or mediation: guess what you have to pay for th...at time too because the mediator does not care if your attorney comes late, If there is a hearing she won't show up and won't even let you know in advance so you can represent yourself when you ask why my attorney did not show up; her assistant will simply tell you Oh sorry Mrs. Janet was sick or was not feeling good. You ask her to do something she will turn around and do something else. She tends to forget a lot and that will hurt you big time when you are in front of the judge. In one of my conversations with her assistant where I expressed concerned about my divorce case, she said this judge that you have is pretty tough and Janet already lost 4 cases with her. l when I noticed that she is confused I had to hire another attorney to help her An honest advice; she will screw you big time and she is not cheap too.

Mrs. Mccarthy was always there when ever i needed her for 1 question or 5000. She got more accomplished in 1 1/2 months then the previous attorney we had for a year..which she also helped us retrieve our money from the previous attorney. At the end of the day if you are looking to get your legal mano...rs handled she is the one!
