Iryna Kharlap

Ms. Kharlap graduated from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida, with a Juris Doctor degree and a Family Law Certificate. Before studying law, Ms. Kharlap attended John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York where she earned Bachelors of Arts in Humanities and Justice Studies. While studying for her Bachelors, Ms. Kharlap was working as a personal injury paralegal, and, later, while in law school, she clerked for a personal injury law firm, giving her a total of over 15 years of experience in personal injury. During law school, Ms. Kharlap participated in Unemployment Compensation Benefits Claims and Appeal Hearings Practitioner Clinic where she worked on pro bono cases and represented clients, under close supervision of a practicing attorney, in all stages of their unemployment compensation claims.

Since joining the Florida Bar in 2016, Ms. Kharlap continues to practice in a private sector representing those who have been injured and harmed.

Ms. Kharlap is admitted to practice before the Florida Bar, as well as the United States District Court Middle District of Florida, United States District Court Southern District of Florida, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Kharlap is also a member of Jacksonville Justice Association.
