Biography
Dan’s practice includes probate litigation, trust litigation, real estate litigation, and general civil lawsuits. Prior to attending law school at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, Dan was an Air Force captain. His duty assignments included deployments to Iraq, the Philippines, and various stints in east Asia. When he’s not working hard for his clients, Dan pursues endurance activities – such as Ironman triathlons, marathons, and other distance races – and exploring the great outdoors. He is a proud father to two children and enjoys spending time with his wife, Julia, and their dogs.
