The main issues in this case were time-sharing of the children, alimony and valuation of a business. I represented the husband in the case. The wife would not agree with the husband's request for 40% t ... ime-sharing of 4 children. The wife also wanted a substantial amount of alimony. We called several witnesses who testified as to the husband’s strong parenting skills. We also called husband’s accountant to testify as to husband’s income. The Judge awarded the husband 40% time-sharing with the children and limited the wife's alimony to less than a year. The parties disputed each other's value as to the business.
