After doing about 10 meetings with lawyers; I found Kim. She was the only lawyer I met with that understood my goals in my divorce and knew exactly how to approach it. Even though the easy divorce plan with south and turned into a hard custody battle; she knew what we had to do for my best interests.... Kim knew that I was on a very tight budget and did everything she could not to drag out the case any longer than we needed. Her knowledge of the inner workings of Family Law along with the do's and don't not only helped me succeed but also saved me tons of legal fee's. I highly recommend Kim!

Ms. O'Steen has represented me in a divorce action that awaits a final written order from the Judge. I sought her advice during the Spring of 2012 and she helped me with a proposal to avoid litigation. The proposal wasn't accepted and the divorce action was filed against me in the Fall of 2012. Ms.... O'Steen kept me informed every step of the way. Every time she received correspondence from opposing attorney or the court, she made sure I knew it and what it was. She also made sure I did what I was supposed to do. She's so good that I expect the final order to be consistent with the original proposal and far from what the other attorney was trying to get. My expectations were exceeded. The value I received for the price I paid to Ms. O'Steen was more than reasonable. I first used her for an estate matter in 2007. Rather than make my mother pay for estate probation, based upon Ms. O'Steen's advice, my mother was able to deal with the estate without probation. My siblings and I, as well as my mother, were more than pleased. She didn't even charge for the consultation. That's why she got my divorce action and will get any other family law or estate matter I ever have in Florida.

A simple divorce turned into a nightmare for my daughter and family. Took a year and a half of playing along with the husband and judge. Would not recommend. It's all about how much money she can get.. Did not fight for her client and lost everything in court. A long term marriage cost her clien...t her house, assets, child support, alimony and even though her client was working a part-time job at minimum wage her husband made a five digit monthly income and won everything. Don't use KIm for any divorce proceedings if you are smart.

Horrible lawyer, took far too long to get divorced even with a prenuptial agreement. Does not respond anywhere close to in a timely manner. I would not recommend her to anyone unless you want to spend a ridiculous amount of money for nothing to be resolved. She drags on the simplest issues and rac...ks up your bill, after two years of dealing with the same issues I am back at square one and with a lot less money!
