Went through a divorce and like many, felt the only way out of was to file a bankruptcy. Aaron (his paralegal) is very knowledgeable and very honest. With the new laws that were implemented, most people hav...e to file a chapter 13 and the minimum is 36 months. I was told by David that I would very likely only have to pay $200ish and be between 8-10 months since I was going to lose my house and my car (very little credit card debt). Reality.... $675 at 60 months. Well since I was going to lose it all and get foreclosed anyway, why would I be so foolish as to go for this? Bottom line, choose anyone else in my opinion. There is a reason his client review on Martindale hubble is terrible at 2.5 out of 5! Bottom line... worst $3000 I have ever spent.
