Jason conducted bench trials and jury trials in juvenile court, county court, and circuit court.
Jason is a member of the Florida Bar and admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the United States Tax Court, as well as all state courts in Florida. He is a member of the Florida Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He is a committee member of the Tax Practice Management, Taxation Section of the American Bar Association as well as a committee member of the White Collar Crime, Criminal Justice Section of the American Bar Association.
Jason is married to Kristin Caldow, M.D. who is a board certified OB/GYN with an active obstetrical and gynecological practice in Jacksonville. Jason and Kristin live in Jacksonville with their daughter Ayla and son Brock. Jason is a member of Celebration church and volunteers his time and talents to various charitable causes. He is committed to pro bono services with Mended Little Hearts, a non-profit program aimed at helping infants and children born with heart defects and heart disease.

Contract review
