Jeffrey Harper

Jeff has always had a passion for helping others. He is dedicated to the pursuit of justice for his clients.

Prior to law school, Jeff spent more than 20 years in corporate America working for companies in various industries ranging from healthcare, finance, technology, and construction franchising. After receiving his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida, Jeff decided to continue his pursuit of higher education by obtaining a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from Liberty University, where he graduated with distinction.

Following his lifelong passion for the legal profession, Jeff then attended Florida Coastal School of Law where he graduated with honors, Cum Laude. Jeff is no stranger to hard work, having attended law school in the evenings while working a demanding, full time corporate job and raising a family. Today, Jeff practices in Northeast Florida, mainly in Clay, Duval, Flagler, Nassau and St. John’s counties.​

Jeff is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator.

Jeff grew up in various Southern states, including Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, and Kentucky. Jeff is an active member of his church and in his spare time, he is also a songwriter, musician, and singer.

In addition to his private practice, Jeff is an Allied Attorney with Alliance Defending Freedom, the world’s largest legal organization committed to protecting religious freedom, free speech, marriage and family, parental rights, and the sanctity of life.

​​Jeff lives in Jacksonville, Florida with his wife of more than 23 years and they have two adult sons (and two daughters-in-law), as well as a spoiled rotten yorkie.
