I brought a qui tam action on behalf of relators Yerger and Hallstein against Norht Florida Shipyards. The action was based on the Shipyards fraudulently soliciting repair bids from the United States ... Military for repair of Coast Guard and Navy ships. The bids were solicited under a shell corporation named Ind-mar Services. Ind-Mar did not actually exist , but was utilized by the Shipyards to get contracts that were set aside for business's owned and operated by disabled veterans. We successfully brought this action through the Department of Justice and not only stopped the fraudulent practice, but, recovered monies from the shipyard.
