About Philip
Biography
Philip Moffitt grew up in Middletown, New Jersey. After receiving an associate degree from the local community college, Philip left New Jersey to attend college in Hawaii. There Philip enjoyed all the outdoors that Hawaii has to offer. After returning, Philip soon began studying at Florida Coastal School of Law. While studying at Florida Coastal, Philip interned with the State Attorney’s Office and also received Pro Bono Honors for contributing 125 hours to pro bono work.
Philip started this law firm to change the way clients think about their attorney. A common complaint among clients is that attorneys never return calls or emails. A core value of the firm is to keep clients informed, and Philip wants to ensure that every client feels that Moffitt & Baker is there for them.

Easy, peasy, done
Grreat! Easy!...Highly recommend!! I received a ticket for accident that really wasn't my fault and I have a clear record, just need representation to go to court for me, as opposed to admitting guilt and paying the ticket ($164) Spoke with Mr Moffit, he was very nice and calmly explained options ...

I’m Driving Again
Philip did exactly what he said he would do. My driving privileges had been taken away, I had no where to turn. I knew I couldn’t be without a vehicle, so I trusted him to talk to the judge, and he got me back on the road.

As good as it gets.
Mr. Moffit was thorough during my consultation. He made everything very easy to understand. The course of action that he recommended was without a doubt the best way to go. As a result, the revocation was lifted on my license.

Got my points removed!
Philip was able to get the points removed from my license and I got my ticket price decreased! I didn’t have to attend court and the Moffit firm did everything for me for only a $70 fee. Definitely recommend!
