I am disappointed that this client was dissatisfied. This client stated that she had chosen the law firm for which I worked part-time because the law firm accepted payment plan attorney’s fee retainers. This client was a client of the law firm Your Jacksonville Lawyer, PA and was not a direct client of mine. She had retained a different attorney who she was dissatisfied with at this law firm prior to my receipt of her file. This client was rude, impatient and her greatest complaint was that she needed extension after extension to pay her retainer agreement payments. I had no authority to extend her retainer fee payments under her payment arrangement. Literally, this client was angry because she was denied excessive payment extensions and because she wanted myself or the Your Jacksonville Lawyer, PA law firm to complete her case for an unreasonable and against firm policy, almost free reduced fee rate after missing several payments as required by her retainer agreement. This is a very vindictive review and this person actually retained the law firm where I worked part-time and didn’t retain my legal services specifically. As soon as the law firm decided to not reduce her fee she began targeting me. This is a repulsive and dishonest review.
