Biography
Mr.Hazelip is chair of Rogers Towers’ Litigation Department and has been with the firm for more than 27 years. The primary focus of his practice is the litigation and trial of civil jury and non-jury lawsuits. This includes cases involving negligence, premises liability, products liability, motor vehicle accidents and all manner of other accidents causing serious personal injury or death, professional negligence, sinkholes and other means of property damage, banking, asset recovery and lender liability, insurance claims, coverage disputes and a variety of business torts and contract disputes. Mr. Hazelip has also successfully handled appeals before the Florida Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit and various Florida District Courts of Appeal.
