Seth Chason Nix

Seth C. Nix is a personal injury litigator who routinely handles cases involving automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents, slip and falls, premises liability, product liability and general negligence. Prior to representing Plaintiffs in personal injury cases, Seth gained experience on the defense side of personal injury litigation where he defended the interests of insurance companies and their insureds in cases involving automobile liability, premises liability and wrongful death. He uses the insight he gained while on the defense side to better represent clients who have been injured due to the negligence of others.

In addition to handling personal injury cases, Seth also handles labor and employment cases. He represents clients who have been discriminated against because of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age and disability. He also represents clients in matters involving unpaid wages/overtime.
