Michael D Dickenson

Michael Dickenson is a civil trial attorney whose 16 years in the courtroom have produced results that speak for themselves. A proud graduate of the Head Start program, Michael went on to earn his B.S. from Tusculum University and his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University — a journey that reflects the determination and work ethic he brings to every case he tries. He practices in Tennessee and Florida and is an active member of the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association and the Palm Beach County Bar Association.

Michael has tried dozens of cases to verdict in state and federal courts, securing a $14.3 million gross verdict in a trucking case and a $1.5 million post-verdict settlement in an automobile collision matter, among many other recoveries on behalf of seriously injured clients. His practice covers some of the most complex case types in personal injury law, including motor vehicle accidents, trucking and commercial vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, catastrophic injuries, premises liability, and wrongful death. Before entering law, Michael worked in telecommunications and responded to disaster recovery operations in Tennessee and Florida in the wake of tornadoes, floods, and hurricanes. These experiences gave him a deep understanding of what people face when crisis strikes and left him with a lasting drive to show up for them.

Michael lives in East Tennessee with his wife and two sons. He is deeply rooted in the communities he serves and brings the same tenacity to his personal life that has defined his legal career.
