In my tax practice, the majority of my clients are wealthy individuals that seek my advice with regard to estate planning and administration as it relates to minimizing gift and estate taxes on the transfer of their wealth to younger generations.

My practice is focused on tax related transactional and compliance representation of individuals and businesses, including all forms of federal and state tax return preparation. My primary emphasis is with wealthy families in the area of estate planning and administration.

As part of my tax and estate planning practice, I act as closing agent on various commercial and residential real estate closings. These real estate transactions result primarily from winding up businesses and estate sales and generally are dealing with properties worth $1,000,000 or more.
