Biography
Jon Cagan was born in the great state of Florida and has spent the majority of his life living in the Tampa Bay Area. Jon attended graduated 5th in his senior class from Nature Coast Technical High School in Brooksville, Florida.
Upon his high school graduation, Jon attended Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida where he graduated with a Bachelor's of Arts in History.
Jon packed his bags and fufilled a life long dream by attending the University of Florida where he received his Juris Doctorate and was a Dean's List recipient. Upon graduation Jon took a job as an Assistant State Attorney for the 10th Judicial Circuit in Bartow, Florida where he handled a variety of misdemeanor cases.
Jon went on to work for 3 years as staff counsel for one of the country's biggest automobile insurance companies. Jon litigated thousands of Personal Injury Protecton cases. Jon's unique experience having worked for the insurance company allows him the insight to evaluate how the insurance companies assess and value their cases.
Jon uses his experience and insight to solely advocate for medical providers and individuals who have been wronged by another person's negligence.
Jon is happily marrired to his wife Amanda and spends the majority of his free time either watching or playing sports. He was a four time varisty letterman in high school and still plays in a "lawyer's basketball league" to this day. Jon loves the Florida beaches and any opportunity to get out onto the water in the Tampa Bay Area.
