Irvin Daphnis

I hired Musca Law and Mr. Daphnis took over my case for the previous attorney that I had. He is very competent and knowledgeable of the law. He presented tons of case law on a motion to suppress. His cross examination resulted in the officer admitting that she had no reasonable articulate suspicion ...to pull me over, nor did she witness me driving or parked in a manner that I was committing a crime. Can’t wait to see how trial turns out.

I wish I read the prior review before I hired Mr. Daphnis. Hiring him was a huge mistake. He has demonstrated to be a very incompetent attorney. He is unprofessional and says everything you want to hear in order to get your money and once he does, you have to harrass him to get him to work on your c...ase. My gut feeling told me not to hire him and I did not listen....now I am paying for the consequences. Please do not fall for his good sales talk of how he is able to help you with your legal matters. He did not help me at all...in fact, he made it worse. There is something called Karma so I know he will reap what he sows. He should be disbarred.
