I am Board Certified in Aviation Law and "AV" rated by Lexis/Nexis. As one of 32 Board Certified Aviation lawyers in the United States I have prosecuted and defended wrongful death and injury claims involving private aircraft in the US and abroad. I have personally tried cases in the State and Federal Courts of Florida and have extensive experience in handling negligence claims against the United States government for air traffic control negligence. I am admitted to The Florida Bar, the Northern, Southern and Middle Districts of Florida and the United States Supreme Court. I am an FAA Commercially rated pilot. I hold current Single and Multi-engine land, instrument and helicopter ratings. I have prosecuted and defended wrongful death and injury claims involving private aircraft.
