Biography
I am an associate attorney in Holland & Knight's Jacksonville office. I am a member of the firm's Public Companies and Securities Team and Business Law Section. My practice focuses on a wide range of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, equity investments and recapitalizations. In addition to advising clients on complex business transactions, I advise clients on domestic and international federal income, partnership and corporate tax matters.
I counsel clients on corporate governance, regulatory and compliance matters. I have experience assisting public companies with preparing periodic reports filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and advising clients on disclosure and compliance matters arising from federal securities laws and SEC rules and regulations.
