Attorney Scott Ellerin and his team helped me get a fair representation in family court! Unfortunately, I had to seek a law firm that specializes in helping men falsely presented to the court system. Through a lawyer I was threatened with, and expected to pay, private school cost (on top of the ...“full” child support I always paid fully and on time) simply because the mother “said so” after she unilaterally enrolled our child in an expensive private school program. Through her lawyer(s) she also claimed at least 2-3 other misrepresentations trying to make me look bad to the court.
