Biography
After growing up in Texas, Mr. Schrader graduated from Rice University and South Texas College of Law before joining the Firm in 1994. Since that time, he has developed a strong practice in the areas of Civil Litigation and Trial Advocacy. He has a diverse client base and maintains an active caseload throughout the State involving premises liability, general liability, motor vehicle accidents, construction defects, and products liability. Mr. Schrader has tried numerous jury and non-jury trials and is recognized as a leader in the trial bar by virtue of his consistency in achieving excellent results for his clients. Mr. Schrader is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell, its highest rating, and has been recognized by Florida Trend Magazine as one of Florida’s “Legal Elite.”
