Rania Noor Farah

Rania Farah is a personal injury attorney at Farah & Farah based in the firm's Jacksonville office, where she works on the pre-litigation team supporting cases involving car accident, truck accident, and slip and fall victims across Florida. Her day-to-day work centers on case development, evidence collection, and direct client communication in the early stages of personal injury matters.

Admitted to The Florida Bar in October 2025 as Rania Noor Farah, she practices professionally as Rania Farah. She earned her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law, where she received the Dean's Merit Scholarship, and her B.B.A. in Real Estate and International Business from the University of Georgia. Prior to joining Farah & Farah, she interned with Jacksonville Area Legal Aid, assisting with community legal clinics and working directly with clients navigating barriers to legal access.

Rania is early in her professional career and works on Farah & Farah's pre-litigation team, where she supports the investigation, evidence gathering, and initial client contact for personal injury matters handled by the firm's senior attorneys. Her pre-Bar legal work at Jacksonville Area Legal Aid included community clinics serving veterans and other Florida residents facing barriers to accessing legal help.

Rania was born and raised in Jacksonville and grew up around Farah & Farah, watching her father and uncle build the firm into a personal injury practice serving injured people across northeast Florida. She is part of a Farah family generation continuing that work, practicing alongside her brother Ramzi Farah and cousins Khalil, Dalya, and Rawan Farah. Her cases are anchored in Duval County and northeast Florida.

Rania was drawn to the law in part by a desire to bring a woman's voice to what she describes as a still male-dominated legal profession. She describes her motivation for personal injury work simply: "Even the smallest step forward in a case can make a huge difference in the life of a client." Outside the office, she is a Jacksonville Jaguars and Georgia Bulldogs fan and enjoys spending time at Jacksonville's beaches.
