Biography
Nathan "Nate" Carter was born in Niles, Michigan. He attended Ferris State University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He then matriculated to Florida Coastal School of Law to obtain his Juris Doctor where he was honored on the Dean's List.
Nate serves as Division Chief at the Office of the Public Defender in Jacksonville, Florida. In 2011, he was awarded Trial Lawyer of the Year.
Nate is a member of the Florida Bar and is licensed to practice law. He is a die-hard Jacksonville Jaguars fan, and is interested in guitar and politics.

Mr. Carter fails to submit or file necessary documents to the court correctly or in a timely manner and neglects his clients. He lacks communication skills, and seems to lack the knowledge that other lawyers have, which is why we found a new attorney who's done more in a week than he has in months. ...
