Khalil E Farah

Khalil Farah is a personal injury attorney at Farah & Farah who represents victims of car accidents, families of wrongful death victims, and people injured on unsafe properties in Jacksonville and across Florida and Georgia. His primary focus is auto accident and premises liability litigation, and he handles medical malpractice and defective product cases as well.

Admitted to The Florida Bar in 2015 as Khalil E. Farah, he practices professionally as Khalil Farah. He earned his J.D. from Florida State University College of Law and bachelor's degrees in Political Science and English from the University of Georgia. Khalil is admitted to practice in Florida, Georgia, and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Before becoming a litigation attorney, he worked through nearly every stage of the personal injury process at Farah & Farah, starting as a mailroom attendant and moving through roles as an investigator, legal assistant, case manager, and pre-suit team member.

Khalil was selected to the Jacksonville Business Journal's 2026 40 Under 40 list. His work has been featured by WTOP News in coverage examining cruise ship safety and by WPTV News in coverage of litigation involving a fatal go-kart crash. He is a member of the Florida Justice Association and the Jacksonville Justice Association.

Khalil was born and raised in Jacksonville, where he spent his school breaks working at Farah & Farah before joining the firm as an attorney. His practice is anchored in Duval County and northeast Florida, with cases extending across the firm's Florida and Georgia footprint, from Atlanta down to West Palm Beach. He supports Farah & Farah's Empowering Greatness Scholarship, which funds educational opportunities for students in the region.
