Terrible lawyer not surprised about the Reprimand.
The lawyer was reassigned to my case. Reason for this because the initial attorney left the city to practice law and handed the case over to Kelly. Kelly only showed up once for a hearing. He did not advise i needed to take a class for court until last minute. Terrible communication and terrible ...

Very Strategic & Knowledgeable
I scheduled a consultation for a family matter, the initial time he spent with me was very informative. Mr. Hampton actually recommended I wait and see if issues would work themselves out. He followed up a month later to see if I needed to retain him. Overall, he was very helpful.
