I hired Mr Rowe as my attorney on my case in 10/11 I also went on line before I hired Mr Rowe, To check other attorneys out to best handle my case. This was my 4th time caught driving on suspened license, and my license were suspended for life. I received a traffic ticket and was looking at a $269 fine. I received Mr. Rowe's card in the mail and decided to give him a call.
