Gina remains active in several local, regional, and national professional organizations, including the Jacksonville Bar, Florida Bar, and ALFA International – a global legal network – where she is a member of the Steering Committee for the Women’s Initiative Practice Group. Additionally, Gina is involved in the national organization, Cancer Research Racquet, a group of over 4,000 businessmen and women who fundraise and play tennis to benefit the American Cancer Society in more than 10 sponsored tournaments in the United States and abroad.

The District Court, Robin S. Rosenbaum, J., held that golf cart did not come within the policy's definition of a car. Insurer's motion granted; defendants' motion denied.
Protective order: departed from the essential requirements of law; violated statute granting a privilege with respect to trade secrets; would cause irreparable harm; and pharmacy was entitled to certiorari review of protective order. Petition granted.
The Court of Appeals held that customer introduced enough direct evidence of negligence that res ipsa loquitur instruction was not warranted. Affirmed. Judgment in favor of Wal–Mart.
