Darcy and Gary have been life savers for my family and I on multiple occasions over the past 3 years! Even when they were at prior firms my family followed them to their own firm because they are just that good! Instead of brushing us off and telling us to make an appointment the following week or after first appearance they stopped what they were doing and were able to make literally last minute schedule changes to fit my unexpected hearing in. Gary was able to explain the misunderstanding to the judge and have me released the same day. That in itself was a life savor because I could not afford to sit in jail and lose my job. I’m the only income for my wife and children and had I not been released that same day I would have certainly lost my job and because Darcy and Gary understood my circumstances they did all they could to fit me in and get me out. & That isn’t even the best part of everything they did for me! I still needed to have a hearing for violation of probation so of course I retained Darcy and Gary to save my life once more. Not only did they get the violation of probation removed in addition I was able to be released early from probation in its entirety. My family and I are forever grateful to Darcy and Gary and highly recommend them to anyone! They are lawyers who genuinely care for their clients and the outcome of the cases they take on! You aren’t just a number with them and they really make you feel like family. They won’t sugar coat anything just to get you to hire them and are always up front and honest about potential outcomes but work with your best interest at heart always! Day or night they were always available and always answered my questions and keeping me up to date on any news they had for my case.

Well we first met Darcy yrs ago when she was our public defender and she fought tooth n nail for my husband. When we had to seek counsel again, we tried to call her.
