Dalya Khulood Farah

Dalya Farah is a personal injury attorney at Farah & Farah who represents victims of truck and car accidents, patients harmed by medical negligence, and people injured on unsafe properties in Jacksonville and across Florida. She serves as the firm's pre-suit trucking accident team lead, overseeing the investigation and case-building process for commercial truck accident clients before litigation begins.

Admitted to The Florida Bar in 2019 as Dalya Khulood Farah, she practices professionally as Dalya Farah. She earned her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and her B.A. in Business Marketing from the University of Florida. Dalya began her career at Farah & Farah in medical malpractice, drawn to the medical research side of the practice, and now works across truck accidents, auto accidents, slip and falls, and medical malpractice as one of a small number of attorneys at the firm who move fluidly between practice areas. She is a member of the firm's Women's Litigator Group.

Dalya was selected to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list in 2026. Her work has been featured in Law360 on interstate trucking tort law, in the ABA Law Journal on FDA vape flavor regulation, and in Attorney at Law Magazine on the Farah family legal legacy. Her opinion writing has appeared in the Florida Times-Union, and she was cited in First Coast News coverage of a Duval County school bus crash involving families who retained Farah & Farah.

Dalya was born and raised in Jacksonville and considers it home. Her practice is anchored in Duval County and northeast Florida. She volunteers with Jacksonville Area Legal Aid, which connects Florida attorneys with disadvantaged clients in need of pro bono representation, and supports Rethreaded, a Jacksonville-based nonprofit that helps survivors of human trafficking rebuild their lives.

Her approach to trucking cases reflects the regulatory complexity those cases carry. Her pre-suit team deploys vehicle engineers, black box data analysts, and field investigators to build the evidentiary record before a lawsuit is filed. Dalya describes her client philosophy simply: "You focus on yourself and get better; we'll focus on everything else."
