Dalya Khulood Farah

Dalya Farah is a personal injury attorney at Farah & Farah who represents injured people, including victims of truck accidents, car accidents, slip and falls, and medical malpractice, in Jacksonville and across Florida. She serves as the firm's pre-suit trucking accident team lead, overseeing the investigation and case-building process for commercial truck accident clients before litigation begins.

Admitted to The Florida Bar in 2019 as Dalya Khulood Farah, she practices professionally as Dalya Farah. She earned her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and her B.A. in Business Marketing from the University of Florida. At Farah & Farah, she is a member of the firm's Women's Litigator Group and handles truck accidents, auto accidents, slip and falls, and medical malpractice, making her one of a small number of attorneys at the firm who work across multiple practice areas simultaneously.

Dalya grew up in Jacksonville and practices primarily in Duval County and northeast Florida. She volunteers with Jacksonville Area Legal Aid, which connects disadvantaged individuals with pro bono legal services, and supports Rethreaded, a Jacksonville organization that assists survivors of human trafficking.

Her approach to truck accident cases reflects the regulatory complexity those cases carry. Her pre-suit team deploys vehicle engineers, black box data analysts, and field investigators to build the evidentiary record before a lawsuit is ever filed.
