Craig Ames holds an undergraduate degree in biology and has certifications in risk management (ARM) and in general insurance (INS). He was a senior attorney for a Fortune 50 international company for 30 years. He held the position of risk manager for all insurance claims & lawsuits of all types including health & life related benefits as well as property & casualty cases. He was an ERISA fiduciary. He lectured extensively for the American Management Association where he was a member of its national Insurance & Risk Management Council in New York City. He was a Board Member and President of the Chicago Chapter of the international Risk & Insurance Management Society. He received an Honorable Discharge having served in the Armed Forces as a sergeant in the United State Marine Corps Reserve.
