Biography
Courtney K. Grimm practices in commercial litigation, including general business, construction, contract, and legal malpractice defense matters. Her experience in those areas enables her to assist clients with their business and professional needs. Courtney is recognized as one of Florida Trend’s Legal Elite and Florida Super Lawyers. She received her J.D. with honors from the University of Florida College of Law in 1992. She serves as chair of the Florida Bar Trial Lawyers Section Executive Council and is a past president of the Jacksonville Bar Association. She was chosen by the Jacksonville Business Journal as a 2010 Woman of Influence and was named Woman Lawyer of the Year by the Jacksonville Women Lawyers Association in 2009. She is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and the Chester Bedell Inn of Court. She graduated magna cum laude from Sweet Briar College in 1989.
