Parental alienation solved!

Carolyn is a no nonsense professional who is passionate for justice. She represented me in my duval case- I reside in California. Lots of email, a few video chats, and 1 in personal meeting before the judge. She is the second lawyer we had to retain on this issue and in one day she discovered ...a handful of things the other lawyer missed. Carolyn: *cares about dads and our rights. mostly, what’s best for the child *does not leave any concern unturned *responds to correspondence in record time. always available *did not have extravagant fees beefing up the balance. It was straight forward and we were charged only for time spent on our case. litigation is pricey, but she is worth every penny! *honest. She will give you sound legal guidance and prepare you for court Since retaining her. We enjoyed long distance timeshare for the first time in 11 years. My name is on the birth certificate. I got my daughters social. I am in contact with her teachers. I got her medical records. And child support is accurately calculated now so I’m not overpaying anymore. Carolyn is a master at what she does. You will not regret hiring her. She is human. She is compassionate. Her only flaw is that she likes FSU :p go gators! Even as long football rivals, I knew she was on my side when it mattered most. My previous lawyer told me I was a dead beat and should take whatever time I can get with my daughter. What was offered then was a fraction of what I am entitled to but I didn’t know any better. Not so with Carolyn. She taught me my rights. She identified that I was being alienated as a father. She heard my story. Commended my efforts. And helped me be the father I have always been in my heart, in reality. My daughters life is better thanks to the work of Carolyn. Now she has both parents. Fathers matter. Fathers have rights. Fathers deserve to be involved too. I’ve never been one to handle tons of emails so she worked directly with my wife and honored our family structure and involved my daughters step-mom, my wife, in every way she could. We couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. You either pay excess child support to a dishonest woman for ten years, or you hire a lawyer one time to fix issues that only the judge can, for a lifetime. The decision was simple for us. my unreasonable ex left me no other choice. I’m so thankful Carolyn was there for us in our darkest hour. I hope I don’t need her again, but if I do, she better not retire anytime soon.

Has a Genuine Passion for Families

After researching several options to try adopt an infant in Northern Florida we became resigned to the idea that we simply could not afford to adopt a child. Ms. Wagner was recommended to us by a friend from our church. We found her to be compassionate, thorough and dedicated to helping us complete t...he adoption of our three year old son. Without requiring us to pay any consultation or wait list fee, Carolyn took the time to ensure we understood the adoption process, she referred us to our home study provider and she helped us with the creation of our profile book meant to give to birth moms considering adoption an understanding of our family and of the kind of life her baby would have if she choose to place with us. We appreciate the emphasis Carolyn places on caring for the emotional needs of the birth parents who work with her in addition to ensuring they are safe and supported during their pregnancy. . We would recommend that anyone considering placing a child for adoption or wishing to become an adoptive parent to contact Ms. Wagner.

She accomplished what the "Men Only" firm couldn't!!!

I chose to hire "The Leigh Firm" before I met with Carolyn Wagner and it proved to be a huge mistake. When I showed up to "The Leigh Firm" I was instantly impressed by the offices and assumed I had made the right choice based on the “showmanship” of the place. My first appointment was met with one of... the partners of the firm in his private office and I was assured that I had a great case and that not only would I get my son, dignity, and car back but I would see my son as soon as a couple of weeks with a maximum of $6000. I was told my case was so good that I could possibly get a financial award as well. After my first payment of $3500 the experience quickly changed. I was assigned a different attorney of which I never could get to return my calls. The attorney assigned to the case met with me a total of three times and at one instance took a vacation before returning my calls made a week prior. The firm didn’t accomplish anything promised and in my opinion showed NO professionalism. Phone calls were never returned as I stated earlier and got my car four months later because I had to trade my only remaining asset (a rental property I was residing at) in a behind the scenes deal I made with my soon to be ex’s father in law. I attended my evidentiary hearing only to find out my attorney never disputed or argued the accusations but agreed to terms set by opposing counsel based on a handshake. It was eventually brought to my attention that "The Leigh Firm" hadn’t filed papers with the court and lost some of the paperwork and financials needed in the case. They made some serious mistakes handling the case that cost me and my son 18 months apart. After I received an invoice stating the firm was asking for another $6000 or they would drop me as a client; I sold the car stated earlier and retained Carolyn as my attorney She worked diligently and kept in contact with me every step of the case. We would personally meet sometimes 2 and 3 times a week. After hiring Carolyn to handle my case… the judge vacated the injunction, reunited me with my son, awarded temporary alimony, and forced my soon to be ex wife to attend counseling with my son and I during the reunification process. She not only showed true professionalism and courage, but proved to be one of the finest individuals I have known. My son and I can see each other any day of the week and we have built a new relationship together. He still remembers his mother telling him I didn’t love or want to see him and that he would never see me again. He wants to meet Carolyn personally to thank her for bringing me back to his life. The time lost from the incompetence of The Leigh Firm cost us both dearly and I have no doubt that if I hadn’t dropped the Leigh firm and hired Carolyn as my attorney… my ex would have accomplished keeping my son and I apart. Carolyn was always honest with me even when it was difficult and emotionally painful to hear. She was passionate about the care and welfare of my son during and after the case. I would recommend Ms. Wagner with highest praise to anyone seeking counsel. Sincerely, Omar M. Safi

The Most Competent and Compassionate Lawyer

Carolyn Wagner is an excellent attorney. She is competent and compassionate. Ms. Wagner handled my divorce case; I am beyond satisfied with the outcome. She literally saved me thousands of dollars (and my sanity!). Carolyn Wagner kept in constant contact with me; including now, even though my case is... closed. Contrary to my previous experience with lawyers, Carolyn Wagner promptly returns my phone calls. She also kept me abreast of everything in regard to my divorce case. Ms. Wagner is also a skilled writer; she doesn't fill out cookie-cutter forms; she writes and prepares everything herself. I had a horrible experience with an attorney prior to hiring Carolyn Wagner, so I approached hiring a new lawyer with trepidation. After our initial conversation, I was put completely at ease. Ms. Wagner means what she says and says what she means. My previous attorney completely botched my case, but Carolyn was able to fix all of said lawyer's errors. I am so satisfied with Carolyn Wagner's legal services, that I feel it necessary to trumpet her virtues. If you are looking to hire an adept and compassionate lawyer, I highly recommend Carolyn Wagner
