Your daughter should not be held liable for tax debts held solely in your name. Any refund due to her when filing should be remitted to her.

The schedules are attachments to the Form 1040, so you will need to complete and file the Form 1040 as well.

The answer will depend on the CSED (or statute of limitations on the IRS's ability to collect on the debt). They can't collect on it forever....
