Brent Zimmerman is General Counsel of Miller Electric Company and represents the company in all facets of its business. Mr. Zimmerman is Board Certified in Construction Law by The Florida Bar’s Board of Legal Specialization and Education which signifies his demonstrated expertise in this practice area. Mr. Zimmerman is AV Preeminent rated by Martindale-Hubbell, recognized by his peers as having the highest level of ethical standards and professional ability. Prior to serving as General Counsel of Miller Electric Company, Mr. Zimmerman represented companies of all sizes and individuals in matters ranging in complexity from single-issue disputes to complex, multi-party document intensive litigation with extensive electronic discovery issues. Outside of litigation, Mr. Zimmerman also has experience representing clients in the review, drafting and negotiation of all manner of contracts and other transactional matters.
