I recently hired Lisa to work on a land issue vacant section of land 10 x 50 drive way that was the lost drive way to once of my homes I finer her asking for $100...a lot I'm doing the math hopefully she will get this done waiting on a some one who does surveys now so I'm very hope fu...ll things will work out for the good and ill let you know my findings ..

I hired Lisa based on her Avvo rating that showed she had a perfect score. Lisa led me to believe she was working on my case for three months and charged me approx. $1500. She did not produce nothing for me but another invoice for $700 to perform a quit claim deed that I suggested I do first do. ... But Lisa mentioned that she will look into it Lisa demanded that I - Call her Attorney Ledbetter - She made me deposit her payments to her account and had me take a photo of slip and email to her immediately. - Although her website indicates checks are acceptable - She ask that I remove my email disclaimer and not copy anyone in my emails - Lisa told me she is a legal counselor not a mental counselor and suggested I see a psychiatrist. - Lisa has hung up on me and 2 banking executives of Bank of America - Lisa charged me mileage to check her P O Box for a check I mailed her because I was in a car accident with serious injuries and could not make it to her bank. She was well informed of the accident and that I lost my car In fact, she referred me to her fellow friend Attorney. - I accrued expenses such as Lyft fees getting back and forth to SunTrust to make Lisa's payments - She called and emailed me during early and late night hours - She was very unprofessional by telling me what to do and when to do it. - I have witnesses that endured Lisa's rudeness as all calls are monitored at Bank of America. - She tried to get me to sign another contract for 700 to file a quit claim deed stating that if my father passes, the POA will not work - She demanded that I not do the quit claim deed first because that was not the right way of doing this. In fact, the only way to solve my problem was with a quit claim deed - After paying her $1500 and three months go by; Lisa did not produce nothing for me. Therefore, I lost the loan - Instead she sends me another agreement to create quit claim deed and accompany me to file it at Orange County Register of deeds for 700 including roundtrip mileage from Ormond Beach to the County building - I was angry because I could have done this myself without her legal assistance - Lisa lead me to believe she was working on my case and produced nothing!!!!!! - Lisa was very short with her answers to me but I dealt with it - I came to the conclusion along with my loan officer; that I am being mislead and flat out asked Lisa if she can do the task and she said yes - She stressed me with her constant demands that are not ethical - She lead me to the point where I hated getting her correspondence because they would upset me - I could have filed the quit claim deed myself but she lied and said that this isnot the right way to go about it - It took her from June to September 2018 to inform me she needs an additional 700 to create and file quick claim deed - A quit claim deed takes approximately 10 minutes to type and 20 minutes to file it - What did she do with the $1500?
