He did not handle my case well at all, nor does he have any compassion what so ever. I felt as though he pushed me to settle. I was rear ended and needed neurosurgery with a disc replaced in my neck. I wasn't treated well by him as a woman and he failed me as far as what the monetary settlement ...came out to be after mediation. I wanted to go to court and he clearly didn't want to. He is gruff and only seems to care about what he gets out of it. My case been settled for a year and I still cannot believe that I was treated so unfairly. When I first hired him another person I knew had a car accident as well and I recommended Mr. Falkowski. My friend had a bad experince as well, so I now know it just wasn't me. I would certainly not recommend him.
