Kimberly Sands

Ms. Sands has been mediating since 2001. Prior to that she was managing partner of Sands, White & Sands, specializing in insurance, personal injury, and medical negligence cases. She joined UWWM in 2001 and quickly became one of its busiest mediators in all areas of civil litigation. She was the first woman to be made partner and a member of its executive board. She excels at complex and multi-party disputes and issues requiring an exceptional understanding of the substantive issues that drive litigation and the mediation methods that resolve these disputes.
