Kenton Voges Sands

Kent Sands spent his early career representing clients of large corporate firms in New York City and South Florida, then served as a prosecutor with the Department of Justice in Washington before moving back to Central Florida in 1994 to resume private practice. He represented plaintiffs and defendants in private practice for almost three decades, litigating personal injury, product liability, medical negligence, insurance claims, tax and complex financial fraud cases in state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels. Kent now practices exclusively as a mediator and arbitrator. He is available to mediate Circuit Court cases throughout the State of Florida and federal cases within the Middle District. He requires a two-hour minimum fee for remote mediation and a four-hour minimum fee for in-person mediation.
