Katherine Selima Schwartz

Katherine graduated from Rollins College magna cum laude with a BA in Psychology in 2009. She was a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. While at Rollins College, Katherine made the President’s List during the fall of 2007, spring of 2008, and spring of 2009.

Katherine attended Barry Law School where she earned her JD in 2013. While a student at Barry Law School, Katherine clerked for Circuit Judge Raul Zambrano, learning all aspects of civil law. A member of the Florida Bar since 2013, Katherine has been practicing and serving the law as a zealous advocate for others.

Following her formal education and with the mentorship of her father, attorney Richard A. Schwartz, Katherine has learned all facets of social security law and is skilled at handling claims from the initial level through hearings with Administrative Law Judges. Additionally, she is a member of NOSSCR, the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives.

Katherine is also an accomplished equestrian in the sport of Dressage. As a USDF gold medalist, she trains and competes at the highest level under the watchful eye of Olympian Laura Graves. When she is not in the office, Katherine enjoys spending time with her horses, husband, traveling, cooking, and practicing yoga.
