John A. Lurvey

John Lurvey litigated all areas of tort and contract liability for 37 years, and tried to verdict numerous high notoriety and catastrophic claims. He managed claims arising from all forms of premises liability, construction defects, intentional torts, industrial accidents, professional liability and products liability. John managed an office of a statewide law firm for almost 20 years. Prior to his law practice, he received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Florida. Between undergraduate and law school John was awarded an internship in the Florida Governor’s Office, then occupied by Bob Graham. While in law school, he was selected as a teaching fellow. He has been a speaker at numerous continuing education seminars, including as the Co-Moderator of the Palm Beach County Bench Bar conference, Personal Injury Section. John has twice been selected as faculty in the “Masters of Trial” continuing education program put on by the American Board of Trial Advocates. John has been selected to the Catastrophic Claims Trial Panels for several national companies.
