Amanda Kelley Kazzi

Amanda Kazzi was kind and professional. She was respected in the courtroom. My main issues with this firm and their service are as follows. My case was very complicated, with a lot of moving parts. Most of the times when I needed to call to collect or provide information, or adjust our strategy du...e of the evolving nature of my case, my only option was to talk to the paralegal that was assigned to me, and couldn’t talk directly to Attorney Kazzi any sooner than the following week, which was often much too late in a quickly evolving case. The paralegal that was assigned to me (Nick) was extremely long-winded in all of his explanations, and would often misunderstand my situation, or seem to have trouble keeping up with the changing nature of the case. At several points, he blamed me for not communicating it clearly. Much of my dissatisfaction, however, has more to do with feeling uninformed and unclear about the steps and options that were available to me. Going through a divorce is a whirlwind, especially when there is a battle for custody involved. I’ve never been divorced before, yet this firm handles dozens of divorces every day. I had options and things that could’ve been added to my parenting plan that would have protected me down the road. I was never informed of these options or given these ideas from anyone at the firm. Unfortunately, after my parenting plan was already decided, my ex spouse was able to take advantage of weak language and missing clauses for protection. It was my council‘s job, to present me, someone who’s never been divorced before, with examples of other parenting, plans, and time to hear from experts what would be prudent to be included. This kind of council was not given, and the ways that I have been caught off, guard have been devastating to my custody case.

I cannot recommend Amanda Kazzi highly enough. My divorce was extremely complicated, and throughout the entire process Amanda and her staff were professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and always attentive to my needs. They stayed on top of every detail, kept me informed, and were quick to respon...d whenever I had questions or concerns. Going through a divorce is one of the most stressful experiences a person can face, but Amanda made me feel supported and confident every step of the way. Her dedication, expertise, and genuine care for her clients truly set her apart. I am incredibly grateful for everything Amanda and her team did for me. I would confidently recommend Attorney Kazzi to anyone in need of a family law attorney, and I would absolutely return to her for any future family law matters. Absolutely LOVE attorney Kazzi &’ her staff. Used her services for my divorce, and from beginning to the end they were nothing short of amazing. In a few months Attorney Kazzi was able to fight for me and what I wanted/needed, handled all of the paperwork for me, and made it a smooth process on a lif...e changing event. Constant open communication with her entire office, questions always answered, and needs always met. She is very understanding and meets you halfway, takes your case personally which shows care for her clients and not just interest in cases. Attorney Kazzi is who you want fighting for you! I’m getting pretty old lol and have had lots of experiences dealing with attorneys. And I’ve never had a better experience with Any of them compared to Kazzi Law. Amanda was just amazingly informative, professional, courteous And prompt. I called numerous times with questions and always a prompt resp...onse with clarification. I also had numerous phone consultations with both Amanda and her top-notch staff and every appointment my phone would ring exactly at the appointed time. Amanda has an amazing work ethic. I was even on a phone consultation late in the day on July 3 right before a holiday. Everything that Ms. Kazzi handled for me, turned out better than expected. my divorce case was complicated with multiple properties that she Handled seemingly effortlessly even with me being 1500 miles away in a different state.
