Over a dozen reported cases on appeals, mostly in the State of NY, but also in the State of Florida. Subject matters of appeals include land use, criminal defense, and family law. One such case made new law:Saratoga Springs v. ZBA of the Town of Wilton, 279 A.D. 2nd 756 (3rd Department, 2001).
