Client was observed by one officer staggering to his car. Another officer followed the car and made a DUI enforcement stop and arrest. I was able to challenge the vehicle stop at both the DMV hearing ... and in court at a Motion to Suppress Evidence. I demonstrated through the officer's testimony and aerial photographs that the arresting officer did not observe any bad driving and had no reason to stop my client other than the earlier information provided by the first officer. The Judge agreed that this was not a legal detention and granted my motion to suppress all of the DA's evidence, resulting in a dismissal of all charges
