Alfred Washington

Alfred Washington is the new trial attorney for Rue & Ziffra. He was a defense attorney who has worked extensively in the field for 15+ years, much of this time was spent working at a  well-known insurance company, handling such matters as insurance defense and personal injury cases. He is now bringing that experience to the plaintiff side and helping clients at Rue & Ziffra. In addition to practicing law, Alfred is also a publisher, with his latest publication being a law review article entitled, “Terrorism:  United States Policy on Immigration and Extradition,” cited in Westlaw at 21 THUMARLR 291. Alfred is a former attorney employee at the law firm of Peter F. Nunes & Associates, in-house attorney for the law department of the State Farm Mutual Insurance Company. He was with that firm for approximately three years. The firm’s practice centered on personal injury and insurance defense in several areas. Also, he previously worked with Hassell-Legal in Daytona Beach, where the practice centered on auto accident, property, aviation defense, and insurance defense. He practiced with that firm for approximately 13 years.
