Brian has been practicing in the Central Florida area since 1983, and earned Board Certification by the Florida Bar in Civil Trial in 1989. He has handled hundreds of cases involving accidents country wide from his humble office in South Daytona. He has a wife and three grown children and focuses on Personal Injures from Car, Truck and motorcycle accident. A long time member of the Harley Owners Group and personal attorney for Bruce Rossmeyers' HD employees in Daytona Beach. A member of the Million Dollar Advocates Club, he has settled or litigated cases involving millions of dollars down to those much smaller, but all get his personal attention.

Excellent Attorney
Hired for personal injury case, a soft tissue case that he get settled for almost 10 times the money my first lawyer tried to get me to take.You can't beat a local attorney with credibility among insurance companies when it comes to handling personal in jury claims.
