There are many competent attorneys in our area. However my experience with Mr. Caldwell was that he was not only competent but performed above expectations. He is very compassionate and approachable. I found him to be caring, friendly, proffesional, and reassuring, not dismissive. I felt I was in good hands. I explained that I was not looking for a financial windfall from this accident Just what's right. I was told he would do his best and felt confident this was the case. My medical needs were taken care of and I was updated on a regular basis. The settlement offer was more than I expected and was not forced on me. After the case was settled I was not made to feel like a mere meal ticket but felt that he had genuine concern for my welfare.
